Step 1: Basics

Vehicles over 3.5t may use this system.

Important 1: the client can not send a complaint without consent from CVS

If the client sends a complaint without consent from CVS and it turns out that the complaint was unfounded (for example, the equipment malfunctioned) in addition to rejecting the complaint, CVS will be charged an additional penalty. If this happens, the additional costs will be borne by the client.

Important 2: if the vehicle loses the signal for any reason and is unable to pay the toll via CVS
The client must stop the vehicle immediately and call CVS representatives.
a) If they do not manage to establish contact with CVS, they need to:

  1. Delete the OBU ID number from the HUGO portal for that particular vehicle
  2. Pay the toll for that vehicle (for the road ahead, it is not possible to buy it retroactively)

Step 2: Filling in the contract and table

Step 2: Filling in the contract and table Client responsibilities - When the registration plate number is changed for a vehicle for which you use the HUGO system via CVS, you need to send an e-mail in the following format: old plate No. (Example: BG111XX) to the following E-mail address: vladimir.vasic@cvs-mobile.com and operativa-srbija@cvs-mobile.com

After you fill in the contract and the table:

1. Scan the table and the contract. They need to be stamped
and signed. In case you are just adding a vehicle, do this for
the table only. Fill in 2 copies of each document in your native
language and Hungarian. Then send them to this E-mail
address: ugyfelszolgalat@eutdijfizetes.hu
2. Send the original table and contract by post
(stamped and signed and in both your native language
and Hungarian) to the following address:

T.E.L.L. Kft. Customer relationship
4034 Debrecen
Vágohíd u. 2.
Hungary

Step 3: Making an account on the HUGO portal

Set the number of axles to J5 if the vehicle has 5 or more axles.

Be sure to read the text below

New rule for the HUGO system: mandatory entry of additional data. Data that must be entered: company VAT number, euro category, vehicle model, year of production, VIN, (upload) traffic license (scan the actual licence, do not use a card reader) and scanned emission class certificate issued by the manufacturer (because it shows the emission class, full document name: ECEMT certificate of compliance with technical and safety regulations). When? From February 3. 2019. If you sell a vehicle, delete it from the HUGO portal, especially the OBU ID number, otherwise, problems may arise such as fines, etc. If the client sells the vehicle, he MUST delete the OBU ID number of that vehicle from the HUGO portal.

Important: Once you enter the OBU ID and OBU PIN number into the HUGO portal, the system will start charging you from that moment. This means that before the vehicle passes through Hungary, it is necessary to transfer money into the Hugo account - the amount of money needed to pass through. If you happen to register an OBU ID and OBU PIN number and do not transfer enough money into the account, and the vehicle passes through Hungary and only pays for the toll - you may be fined because the OBU ID and OBU PIN were registered and there was no money in the account. The fact that the driver paid the toll himself will not prevent Hungarian authorities from writing a fine.

Step 4: Problem-solving and fines

Deactivating the toll payment system and manually purchasing transit tickets

CVS assumes responsibility for incurring the penalties when they send written confirmation to the client. The client is then supposed to issue an invoice to CVS.
Invoice item: Pre-invoiced cost for the Hungarian toll.
The amount is the same as the amount of the fine, VAT is 0 (zero).
State the customer's ID number (20127945) in the invoice - CVS Mobile-

Note: Exempt from VAT according to Article 3 of the Law on VAT
As an attachment, we need the fine that shows which vehicle the ticket has been issued for, also the time and the amount of the fine must match the pre-invoiced amount.
